This Privacy Policy explains how Nail Design Studio collects, uses, and shares data. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

2. Data We Collect

• Account Data: Apple/Google auth identifiers, name (if provided), email (if provided), and profile photo (if provided).
• User Content: Designs you generate, selected styles, colors, shapes, prompts, and the Discover name you enter for public sharing.
• Usage Data: App events (for example paywall views, generation started), session metadata, and device-level diagnostics.
• Diagnostics: Crash reports and performance signals (Firebase Crashlytics) to improve stability and fix bugs.
• Advertising Data (Free Users): Ad interactions (impressions, clicks) and related device signals used by AdMob to serve and measure ads.
• Subscription Data: Purchase status, product identifiers, renewal state. Payment details are processed by Apple/Google. We do not receive card data.
• Community and Safety: Likes, saves, reports, report reasons, and moderation data.
• Local Device Access: Photo library access for saving images to your device.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, or biometric data.
• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use data for cross-app tracking without your consent.

4. How We Use Data

• Provide account access and authentication.
• Generate AI nail art and deliver results.
• Enable saving and optional sharing in Discover.
• Display Discover names and community engagement (likes/saves).
• Manage subscriptions and entitlements.
• Improve product performance and user experience.
• Prevent abuse, enforce policies, and meet legal obligations.
• Review reports and operate moderation workflows.
• Serve and measure ads for free users.

5. Legal Bases (GDPR/Privacy)

• Contract: To provide the core service and features.
• Legitimate interests: Security, product analytics, and service improvement.
• Legal obligation: Responding to lawful requests.
• Consent: Where required for specific processing.

6. Data Sharing

We may share data with the following service providers:

• Google Firebase: Auth, Firestore, Storage, Functions, Analytics.
• Firebase Crashlytics: Crash reporting and diagnostics.
• FAL.ai: Prompts and generation parameters for AI images.
• Google AdMob: Ad delivery and measurement for free users.
• RevenueCat: Subscription management and verification.
• Apple / Google: Sign-in and in-app purchase processing.

We may also disclose data to comply with legal obligations or protect the safety of users and the service.

7. Public Sharing

If you share to Discover, your design and Discover name are visible to others. You can toggle sharing off in The Reveal screen before or after saving.

Design files are stored in the cloud and can be accessed via unique URLs. If you share those links, third parties can view the content.

If another user saves your design from Discover, their gallery entry references the original image. If you remove your design, their saved copy may disappear as well. Users can download designs to their device to keep a permanent copy.

8. Data Retention

• Data is retained while your account is active.
• Deleting your account removes your designs and user records.
• Backups and logs may be kept for a limited time.

9. Your Rights

• Access, correct, delete, or restrict your personal data.
• Withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.
• Request data portability where legally available.

10. Security

Data is protected using industry-standard security measures in Firebase and Google Cloud. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100 percent secure.

11. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided data, we will delete it.

12. International Transfers

Our service providers may process data in different countries. By using the App, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred internationally.

13. Advertising and Tracking

Free users may see ads served by Google AdMob. Depending on your region and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. AdMob may use device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID on Android and IDFA on iOS, if permitted), IP address, and app interaction data to deliver and measure ads.

You can limit ad personalization in your device settings. On iOS, we request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission before accessing the IDFA. If you decline, we do not access the IDFA and ads may be less personalized.

14. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and significant changes may be notified in-app.

15. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS, we request permission to use the device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA) when showing ads to free users. You can allow or deny this request, and you can change your choice anytime in iOS settings.

Terms of Use

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Service Description

Nail Design Studio provides AI-assisted nail art generation, saving, and optional sharing in Discover. The Discover feed may include likes, saves, and community reports.

2. Account and Access

• Apple or Google sign-in is required to use core features.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
• If a free trial is offered, billing starts after the trial ends.
• Refunds and cancellations follow platform policies.
• RevenueCat is used to validate subscription status.

4. Usage Limits and Fair Use

• Free and weekly generation limits may apply.
• Limits and plans are shown in the App and may change.
• Abuse of the service may result in restricted access.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not generate illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing content.
• Do not include personal data (phone, address, ID) in prompts.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service.

6. Content and Licensing

• You own the rights to designs you generate, subject to applicable law.
• You grant us a license to store, process, and display your content to operate the App.
• Content shared in Discover can be displayed publicly inside the App.
• Designs saved from Discover may be removed if the original creator deletes the source design. Download to your device if you need a permanent copy.

7. App Intellectual Property

The App software, design, trademarks, and branding belong to Nail Design Studio. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

8. AI Output Disclaimer

• Outputs are generated automatically and may not be unique.
• We do not guarantee accuracy, suitability, or availability of results.

9. Changes or Termination

We may modify features, pricing, or access terms, or suspend parts of the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You can delete your account from within the App.

12. Apple and Google Terms

• Apple and Google are not responsible for the operation of the App.
• For App Store downloads, Apple's Standard EULA applies: Apple Standard EULA
• Google Play purchases are governed by Google Play policies.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law, and disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
