Hair Changer AI ("we", "us", or "our") is built on the philosophy that your data is your property. We implement "Privacy by Design" at every layer. Our service is engineered to transform your style without compromising your identity.

2. Information We Objectively Process

A. Image Data (Neural Processing): To perform hair transformations, we process provided photographs via secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure.

• Biometric Neutrality: We do NOT use your photos for biometric identification, facial recognition for identity purposes, or any form of physical surveillance.
• Non-Retention Policy: Temporary assets created during neural inference are automatically deleted from current buffers within 24 hours unless explicitly saved to your "History" by you.

B. Technical Infrastructure Metadata:

• Firebase Services: Managed by Google, providing industry-leading encryption for account management and anonymized session analytics.
• Device Identifiers: We collect non-personal device IDs (IDFA/AAID) solely to identify unique users for subscription management and fraud prevention, strictly according to Apple's App Tracking Transparency protocols.

3. Financial Integrity and Subscriptions

Purchases are facilitated via RevenueCat and the Apple App Store.

• We never see, store, or process your credit card numbers or billing addresses.
• Subscription status is linked to your anonymous unique identifier provided by Apple to ensure your privacy remains intact during the billing cycle.

4. Artificial Intelligence Compliance

Our AI does not learn from your personal photos. Your specific data is never used to train global models that could leak your likeness. We use pre-trained architectural weights that process your image as a "one-time" artistic input.

5. Global Regulatory Rights

GDPR / CCPA / CPRA: You maintain the absolute right to access, export, or permanently delete your data. Deleting your account through settings triggers an immediate purge of your records from our live production databases.

Terms of Use

1. Intellectual Property and Output Rights

Input: You retain all ownership of the images you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process your image specifically to provide the AI transformation requested.

Output: You own the neural results generated by the app. However, results are provided on an "as-is" basis. Due to the generative nature of AI, some results may contain artifacts or unexpected visual variations.

2. Responsible Use Policy (Deepfake Ban)

You strictly agree NOT to use Hair Changer AI for:

• Generating non-consensual imagery of third parties.
• Creating deceptive "Deepfake" content or harassment material.
• Processing illegal or sexually explicit content.
• Automated scraping or reverse-engineering of our neural weights.

3. Subscription Terms and 24-Hour Rule

Premium access is billed on a recurring basis. As per App Store policies:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid automatic renewal.
• Pricing is subject to change; however, active subscribers will be notified in advance.
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support as we do not have authorization to process App Store refunds.

4. Professional Disclaimer

The AI transformations are simulations. We do not guarantee that a professional hair salon can achieve the exact results shown in the app. Results are for inspirational and artistic purposes only. Always consult with a licensed professional before making permanent physical changes.

5. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hair Changer AI and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify us against any claims resulting from your violation of these terms or misuse of generated content.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be settled through individual arbitration, waiving rights to class-action lawsuits.
